- Have courage, stay calm with mothers and their caretakers, and be quick in your actions to save life.
- We save two lives at the same time: the mother's life and the baby's life.
- Be curious to learn during clinical placement — competency is all about hands-on practice.

- It is our role to bring new lives into the world.
- Midwives are among the first to touch lives after God — you are pillars of life.
- Provide emotional support to mothers, their husbands, attendants, and relatives to reduce fear and pain and increase joy.
- Work hard; do not abandon your competency because of pride, criticism, or laziness.
- Maintain integrity and dignity even without motivation or appreciation — you will be a hero in the community you serve.
